- 750g potatoes
- 15ml oil
- 15ml thyme leaves
- Ground black pepper
- Peel, wash and rinse potatoes, cut into quarters and pat dry with paper towels.
- Add a little salt to the oil then toss in the oil until they are well coated. Add the thyme.
- Bake in the Remoska for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown, crisp on the outside and tender inside.
- Serve with Remoska Roast chicken.
