Thyme Potatoes

Serves: 4
Time: 40 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • 750g potatoes
  • 15ml oil
  • 15ml thyme leaves
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel, wash and rinse potatoes, cut into quarters and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Add a little salt to the oil then toss in the oil until they are well coated. Add the thyme.
  3. Bake in the Remoska for 30 – 40 minutes until golden brown, crisp on the outside and tender inside.
  4. Serve with Remoska Roast chicken.
