Once you have your wrap placed on your cut piece of wax paper, simply cover the wrap base in Old Elpaso Salsa ( onion and tomato mix paste). Then add your indigents. For our dish we chose left over braai chicken (spicy), finely cut salami strips, green pepper, Olives and garlic. After you have added your toppings, simply cover all your ingredients with cheddar or mozzarella cheese and add Origanum.
Lift the four corners of your wax paper and place your uncooked meal inside the Remoska pot. Close the pot lid and switch on. Wait 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted evenly.
Add your raw avo, salt or pepper to taste.
